1. Ownership

Reaction Academy® — including its software, source code, user interface, design, logos, exercise library, training methodologies, text, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of Martim Miguel Pinheiro Benedito, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Reaction Academy® name and logo are registered trademarks in Portugal (Marca Nacional n.º 717168 (INPI Portugal)). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your acceptance of and compliance with our Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Reaction Academy for your own personal or organisational, non-commercial training purposes. The Service is licensed, not sold.

3. Restrictions

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the limited extent the law expressly permits.
Rent, lease, sell, resell, or sublicense the Service or its content.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use our trademarks, brand name, or logos without prior written authorisation.

4. Third-Party Components

The Service is built with open-source software (including the Next.js framework and related libraries) that remains subject to its respective licenses. This License does not modify your rights in that open-source software.

5. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service, without obligation to you.

6. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach its terms, and we may suspend or revoke it at any time. Upon termination you must stop using the Service. Provisions on ownership, restrictions, and liability survive termination.
